What does Invisalign involve?

Invisalign treatment involves a series of custom-made, clear plastic aligners that gradually shift your teeth into their desired positions. After an initial consultation and digital 3D scans of your teeth, a personalized treatment plan is created. You’ll wear each set of aligners for about 1-2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. Regular check-ups with your dentist ensure your treatment is progressing as planned.

Will Invisalign hurt?

Most patients experience only mild, temporary discomfort when starting a new set of Invisalign aligners, usually described as a feeling of pressure. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and his amazing team! From the very first phone call, Rita, the office manager, was an absolute gem warm, caring, and so patient. She went above and beyond to make me feel calm and cared for every step of the way. I had to get my wisdom tooth and two others pulled, and I was so nervous, but Dr. Patel was gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. He had all three teeth out in about 45 minutes, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. The whole experience was so much better than I ever imagined. They truly treat you like family, not just another patient. I’m beyond thankful for Dr. Patel and especially Rita — she’s a ray of sunshine! I’ll never go anywhere else!
